Step 2: Quotation & Selection

Based on your inquiry, we will provide:

Available specifications (size range, shape, color)
Reference images or videos
Quotation based on quantity and quality level

We help you select pearls that match your design and budget.

Step 3: Sample Order (pay on website or contact us)

Sample orders are available for design development/quality confirmation.

Sample quantities are flexible
Samples are selected from available stock

This step helps ensure confidence before bulk production.

Step 4: Order Confirmation & Payment

Once specifications and quantities are confirmed:

A proforma invoice will be issued
Payment terms will be confirmed. We accept PayPal or T/T
The order will be scheduled

We proceed only after mutual confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 5: Quality Check & Packing

Before shipment:

Pearls undergo quality picking
Final pic will be sent to confirm before shipping
Packed for international shipping

Tracking information provided after shipping
Estimated delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks for post express and one week for UPS/FedEx/DHL. Upon the client's request.
