1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be inspired by our pearls. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original condition (strands must not be cut, pearls must not be set or altered).

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • "Final Sale" items or customized orders (e.g., specific drilling requests) are not eligible for return.

3. The Nature of Pearls (Important Disclaimer) Please note that pearls are organic gemstones. Natural variations in shape, luster, and minor surface character are part of their unique beauty and are not considered defects. We strive to provide high-resolution photos and videos to represent each batch accurately.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal preference or "change of mind," the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated customs duties.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or there is a clear quality discrepancy not described, Pearlgemcity will cover the return shipping or offer a full refund/replacement.

5. How to Initiate a Return Please contact our support team at pearlgemcity@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions within 48 hours.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
